Our goal at Jill Myers Realty is to treat you like one of the family. We are a locally owned, family run business. Jill Myers Realty is approaching its 10th year in business, being incorporated since 1997. Our team averages over 14 years experience in the real estate field. 

A brief history Jill Myers Realty, LLC: Jill originally worked commercial real estate from 1985-1989, and then taking a position with Mike Gilbert Realty. After her first year in residential real estate she received the top honors & awards in the company, representing clients on over 55 transactions, placing her among the top 1-3% nationwide. In the early 1990's, Jill took a position with Oregon Realty Inc., whereby she quickly earned a spot among the top 10 agents out of 400+ agents in the company. Since all real estate agents are self-employed, she decided to start her own company, whereby she could make executive decisions at a very local level. As the Principal Broker (the person in charge) and the Broker representing her clients, she could better serve her clients having the ability to unilaterally make decisions.

Thus, in 1997, Jill opened Jill Myers Realty, LLC. She first trained Loren, her son who received his license in 1995, to give, as she does, the same care and attention to clients. In the Winter of 2004, Charlie Wolff joined a position in the company, having previously been mentored and worked for Jim Lutz, a leading multi-family real estate company in the Portland Metropolitan Area. Together, Jill, Loren, and Charlie are working by referral to serve you, your friends and family with big company resources and family-run company care.

Our office is located in the SE Hawthorne area.

As of October, 2004, we added a full-time Client Care Coordinator to our team! Our Client Care Coordinator heads upall activities and projects to take our service to the next level. It is our goal to provide you with a Nordstrom's level of care, and our Client Care Coordinator is committed to that goal.

At Jill Myers Realty, LLC. we work exclusively by referral. What this means to you is that almost 100% of our business is generated by referrals. We strive to provide our clients with the highest level of service and it shows.  Our business is consistently growing by 25-55% per year! A  big thank you to all of our clients--you are the most important part of our real estate business.
